If you are if reading this AD, the room is still available.

The student who was supposed to move in, disappointed me. So I need someone to occupy the room. 

The viewing/tour is between Mon-Fri 6:40 pm-8:30pm. Saturday from 10am-5pm.   

Fill up your details, occupation, age, ideal move-in date along with your ##  contact phone with your schedule viewing day/time, as I'm very flexible with timing.  

A comprehensive reference check will be required prior to confirming the appointment, no exception. 

Features: 
Private 1 bedroom, with its own private bathroom in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. 
You will have: a fully furnished bedroom with Queen size bed, bedside tables if you want it. Own large bathroom with a bath & Shower; separate toilet. Plenty of storage, ensuring you have enough space for all your belongings without clutter. In addition, you’ll have access to the kitchen and common space including the living room, plus washer & dryer which makes it easier for you to stay. 

All bills included, unlimited high speed wifi internet access, electricity, gas & water.
