Our apartment is in a peaceful building with windows overlooking private courtyards in the heart of Paris.

The 9th arrondissement has become quite 'chic' ('bobo' in French) with a great deal new restaurant and stores. The foot of Montmartre is also just a 10-minute walk. However, the neighbourhood remains quiet and residential. It is walking distance from Gare du Nord and Gare du L'Est.

Our apartment is 73 square meters on the 3rd floor of a Haussmannian building: 1 master bedroom and 1 bedroom with two adult-sized mezzanine beds.
