Amazing bedroom in great flat in Bagneux !

Hey everyone,
Our flatmate Nina is leaving our Coloc in mid August and we are looking for someone who could take over her furnished room. We are two PhD students, outgoing and talkative, we like gardening and beers and sometimes we cook and barbeque together on our roof terrasse!
We are in a three bedroom flat in Bagneux close to the Rer B Station Arcueil/Cachan (15 Min walking). Rent is approximately 650 Euros/month all charges included. We cycle to work it is approx. 15 min by bike to Paris, on the nice cycle path « coulée verte ».
