Bonjour! I'm renting out my room from the end of may to the end of july because I'm going back to Sweden over the summer. It's located by metro Riquet, in the 19th arrondisement, with a lot of stores, bars and supermarkets right next to it. Also right next to Bassin de la Villette and close to Buttes Chaumont and Canal St Martin.
The apartment itself is 63m2 on the first floor with elevator in a beautiful house with a guardian. It has 3 rooms with a big shared luminous living room and is fully equiped with washing machine, dish washer, oven and bathtub. It will be shared with a french man and two cute cats. Gender or nationality is not of importance, but of course want someone respectful and cool :) 
The room is 10m2 with a big window facing the court, fully furnished with bed, wardrobe and storage. 
Rent is 700€ everything included: water, electricity and fiber internet.
