Appartement en duplex de 96m² très bien situé, au 58 rue Césaria Evora, 2e étage avec ascenseur. Lumineux et tranquille, avec vue sur Montmartre.
La chambre à louer fait 11m² et donne sur la gare. Elle est lumineuse, silencieuse, avec un placard profond et une étagère dans le mur.

L'appartement possède 2 salles de bain, le ou la colocataire aura sa propre salle de bain (douche, lavabo, toilettes).

Cuisine équipée, four, four micro-ondes, grille pain, frigo, réfrigérateur, etc.
Appartement équipé avec wi-fi, internet fibre optique, pas de démarche supplémentaire à faire.
Machine à laver disponible également.

Pas de paperasse supplémentaire à faire pour rejoindre la colocation. Non fumeurs ou fumeur en sortie uniquement, merci.

The room for rent is 11m² and faces the nearby train station. It's bright, silent, with a deep cupboard and shelf inside the wall.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms, the new roommate would have his/her own private bathroom (shower, sink, toilets, etc)

Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, etc.
Washing machine available.
Wifi is already installed with high-speed internet / optic fiber.

No additional paperwork. Non-smokers or social smokers only please.
