Looking for a female roommate (preferably Indian but not mandatory) from 3rd January 2024. It's a one bedroom apartment , 40 meter square. It has a  living room ,a small  kitchen attached, the bedroom has 2 separate beds, a toilet with a shower cubicle. 2 cupboards for each person. Iron, hot water and heater. Washing machines are common for the entire building which is in the basement. The apartment is on 1st floor. The building has an elevator and it's a very safe and secured campus.

The location is Issy le Moulineaux (92130, (which is 20 mins away from the Eiffel Tower 75015). Few meters away from Jacques Henri lartigue station Tram 2 (T2). Total rent is 1300€ , per person 650€. CAF applies around 120€ each.
