A 55 m² two-bedroom apartment on the 7th floor with elevator

The available room is bright, spacious, and offers a nice view

Large living room, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet

Fully equipped kitchen: oven, stove, microwave, fridge & freezer, toaster, blender, washing machine, dishwasher

Central heating, secure inner courtyard, bike storage, and a friendly neighborhood vibe

👤 About Your Flatmate:
You’ll live with Alex, a friendly and laid‑back 26‑year‑old from Australia, fluent in English, French, Russian, and Spanish. He loves dancing (especially bachata and salsa) but is in a committed relationship 😊.

🌈 About You:
We're looking for someone kind, respectful, and friendly — ideally someone who enjoys the occasional dinner or small gathering and will take good care of the space.
