Colocation dans appartement T3 avec terrasse 20e

Je propose une chambre dans mon grand appartement T3 (73m2) avec petite terrasse, appartement à partager avec moi (étudiante). Grande chambre coloc donnant sur terrasse libre à compter du 1er juin 2021 (cf photo clic clac rouge, très bon matelas). Cuisine, SdB, salon, WC, terrasse à partager. APL impossible. Loyer tout compris (eau, électricité, gaz, wifi...) de 650e, métro Ménilmontant (ou Pyrénées ou Père Lachaise).
