Bonjour, 

Chambre disponible dans un charmant appartement d'un récent immeuble du quartier la Chapelle à partir de début mai. La chambre est meublée et j'y laisse un bureau ainsi qu'un miroir (qui ne sont pas sur les photos) si besoin.

Deux personnes partagent la colocation, Mathis, 28 ans qui travaille dans une startup fintech, et Félix, 28 ans, en dernière année de doctorat de géographie sur l'Amérique latine. 

L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine ouverte sur le salon, d'une salle de bains et de toilettes tout neufs, ainsi que d'une grande terrasse de 25m² qui donne sur un jardin privatif. 

N'hésitez pas à postuler si l'annonce vous intéresse, je suis assez réactif. Je suis aussi disponible pour faire une visite de la chambre et ce sera l'occasion rencontrer les colocataires.

A room is available in a charming apartment in a recent building located in the La Chapelle neighborhood, starting early May.
The room is furnished, and I can leave a desk and a mirror (not shown in the photos) if needed.

Two people share the apartment: Mathis, 28, who works in a fintech startup, and Félix, 28, in his final year of a PhD in geography focusing on Latin America.

The apartment features an open-plan kitchen and living room, a brand-new bathroom and toilets, as well as a large 25 m² terrace overlooking a private garden.
