Our lovely roommate is moving out, so Tiyana and I are looking for a new roommate ASAP (from 1 August) to join us in our spacious apartment in the 6th arrondissement.
Location
The apartment is located near Saint-Placide, on Rue Jean-François Gerbillon. The neighborhood is lively, with plenty of cafés and bars, and excellent metro connections. At the same time, the street itself is very calm and quiet.

Deposit buy-out: €800
Furniture + kitchen items: €500 total (can be paid in 3 installments)
Who We’re Looking For
A young professional (ideally 25–32, flexible) planning to stay for at least a year. No smoking inside, no pets.
