I leave Paris for 4/5 months and I rent out my room. 

The apartment is 37m2 and the room is about 13m2. 
The room is bright and has a view on a nice court. 
It's a furnished apartment but of course I'll take my stuff off so you can have more space :)

The apartment is located right next to the Sacre Coeur, 3 minutes from the metro Abbesses (Line 12) as well as close to line 2 and Pigalle (want to party?), well... one of the best area of Paris: Montmartre!

It's a flat share and you'll live with Graziano, 29 years old, who works in finance.

The rent is 670 euros per month plus electricity, internet and insurance for about 50 euros per month. 

I organize visits as soon as the confinement ends or if you prefer we can organize a virtual visit!
